I've had multiple procedures done at Harmony Dental Studio, and I'm thrilled with the results. What I appreciate the most is that they always take the time to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable because sometimes I'm a little nervous when it comes to dental work. "Dr. Victor should be called Dr. Wow because seriously, WOW! I went in with a painful wisdom tooth that I needed taken out asap & Dr. Victor did just that. As soon as I arrived to the office, he got started on me & I kid you not, not even 30 minutes later I was walking right out. I was so nervous but Dr. Victor and his team really helped me feel comfortable, explaining the process as he went to let me know everything was okay. I wasn't in pain at all & he clearly explained my aftercare in both English and Spanish (loved that). Everything was affordable, quick, and they were so nice! His office is also close to the border, so it was really easy to get here. I highly recommend this dentist & will continue to come here for anything I need, I will recommend to friends and family. 10/10 Dr. Wow, because seriously wow, no other dentist does it like you! "In short, Dr. Martinez and team are incredible with professionalism, mannerisms, and quality of work that goes unmatched. I had three essential root canals done in a couple of hours which left me feeling perfect, and that calmed my many-month-long pain by the end of the night. I've had traumatic experiences with dentists in the past (needing to be tied down as a child), coupled with a few other complications that make my time at the dentist very painful and very unnerved. My teeth have gotten bad enough that they couldn't be ignored, and I began searching for a year and a half for a half-decent dentist in the USA and eventually looked to Dr. Martinez at Harmony Dental in Tijuana. Where other dentists said I needed $20,000 to $40,000 worth of work done, Martinez quoted $7,000. I was nervous, having been my first time crossing the border and still not trusting dentists, I already began to feel more comfortable when they had sent a representative down from the office to guide me into their locked and guarded garage and up into their clean and beautiful office. Examinations and X-rays were quick, and I was numbed for the first time in 15 years where I could not feel the pain or pressure. The team even went as far as playing choice music, giving me a blanket and night mask, an anesthetic tabloid, and verifying that I was okay with any noise or movement. It was an extremely luxurious experience with an unbelievable technique that only comes from many years of experience forged by pressure and pride in the work. I did not have the full $7,000, so we had figured out what was essential to calm the pain (no longer needing to take the maximum dosage of Ibuprofen/Acetaminophen along with prescribed controlled substances daily), had the work done and now I look forward to going back as soon as possible to finish the work needed."

"Dr. Victor Martinez delivers on compassion and experience. That's precisely what's needed if you suffer from any sort of unusual dental issue. Typically, the older we get, the more likely this becomes. I'm 69. In my case, over time, I had developed a large cavity in the root area of my right upper canine. It was entirely concealed below the gum and I was oblivious. I had no pain, no outward indication of a pending emergency. No less than 2 other American dentists and 3 American hygienists had worked on my teeth in the preceding 2 year period. Including a set of x-rays taken in Florida. Not one of them detected this crisis developing on my upper jaw - - Dr. Martinez found the problem immediately. On the occasion of my first visit, during what was slated as simply a routine cleaning session. Problem identified, he then detailed 3 possible solutions. Kind of a Good-Better-Best scenario. Backed up by his expert recommendations, of course. You choose. During his explanation he utilized both x-ray images and hand-drawn sketch to convey what I needed to understand about my particular condition. When was the last time a dentist ever offered you a full half hour of time just to explain 3 different treatment options in an unhurried, stress-free atmosphere? Dr. Victor, as he likes to be called, has my enthusiastic recommendation. BTW, my drive from Texas to his Tijuana office is 1170 miles one way. Factor in the price of hotel rooms, and the good Doctor's fees still make the entire proposition of Mexican dental care significantly more affordable than north of the border."

The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr. Martinez is knowledgeable and explains everything to me in understandable terms. He took the time fully go over my dental plan. Dr. Martinez and his staff went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and they took great care to ensure i was well taken care of before and after my visit. The clinic also accepts American dental plans and the staff assisted me to fill out the forms needed to receive full refund. I'm happy with the end results. Dr. Martinez was so nice, I would recommend him and his staff for any dental needs.

"I have had dental anxiety, I guess you could call it, since I was a kid. Accidentally tore the arm off a dental chair once. As a result of this fear and loathing (not to mention expensive & dysfunctional dental coverage), my teeth weren't in such good shape. Repairing the damage was not easy, it took several sessions. Dr. Martinez not only did an amazing job, his demeanor and technique were such that I didn't need the sedation I have in past visits to dentists. With many thanks to this man, I have my smile back! "My teeth were in bad shape and a dentist in San Jose, CA threw a ballpark price at me of around $40,000 for gum treatment and 7 implants. I did a lot of researching all over the internet for a dentist in TJ. Dr. Victor was able to save 1 tooth with a crown, so I needed 6 implants with bone grafts. I started the process in 2019, but thanks to COVID, it wasn't finished until last week. . . August of 2022. The cost was less than half of the quote I got in the states and I am happy with the results. Whenever I had an appointment in the morning, Dr. Victor would pick me up from the airport and drive me across the border. He even paid for my last flight down to San Diego because the lab had made a mistake and caused me to make another trip down. I'll definitely go to Harmony again if I need anything my insurance won't cover here. Dr. Mayra is a pleasure to work with also, very kind and gentle.

"I was in desperate need for a check up and repair of previous dental work done in the states covered by my insurance. I was referred to Dr. Martinez at Harmony Dental. Mayra took my call and booked me the same week. Entering the office was very inviting each and every time. Dr. Martinez made me fell super comfortable before even touch my mouth. He explained what procedures he thought suited me best and Mayra further explained the treatment plan along with pricing before I agreed to anything. He let me decide how quickly or slowly I wanted to space out my appointments and everything was done within 2 weeks including a check up for my son and his consultation for the need for braces. If price is an issue for you, please consider that it is WELL WORTH IT, and honestly fair for what his team offers. Dr. Martinez and his team are exceptional at what they do and you won't be needing to return for the same problems you entered with. This dental studio is very family oriented and I will continue to return for my annual visits! 10 out of 10!!"

I made the best choice for sure and I will not go anywhere else! From the beginning he has gone out of his way to help me get to his office, simply explain all the work I need to do, does not try to take advantage of you, and he is very calm and attentive as well and this helps so much when you need hours of work done like I have.
